When you work with us, you can rest easy knowing that your event is in good hands. We can take care of everything from budget guidance to coordinating vendors, wedding day timelines, and everything in-between. On your big day, we’ll discretely take the reins so that you, your fiancé, and your family and friends can enjoy your wedding day to the fullest.

Day of Coordinator

We begin working with you one month before your big day to review your vendor contracts, carefully craft your wedding day itinerary, help facilitate all of the vendor logistics and transportation timing, and discuss every, single component of your wedding

60 - 90 Day Experience

Once we determine the scope of your wedding and how far along you are in the process, we pick up the missing pieces and guide you until the wedding day.

Full Service

This is the whole experience, we hold your hand through the entire process of planning your beautiful day. We handle all the stress that comes with planning by offering tailored vendor recommendations, attend key meetings and asking all the right questions

Full Services Package:

Are you looking forward to your wedding, but feel overwhelmed with all the planning? If you have no idea where to start and the whole thing stresses you out, this is when we need to talk. This is why we love doing what we do; we love doing the hard part for you. We are detail-oriented and will make sure that nothing falls between the cracks. With the full planning package, we will handle it all. You tell us your vision and we make it happen.


  • Budget management.
  • Create Wedding & Vision Board.
  • Up to a team of 2 experienced coordinators.
  • Access to our preferred list of excellent vendors.
  • Hotel and transportation reservation (as needed).
  • Review of all Vendor Contracts.
  • Decor Design Set up (limited)
  • Vendor communications.
  • Master Timeline of your wedding.
  • Multiple one-on-one video meetings leading up to the wedding.
  • Guestlist & To-do List management
  • Up to 25 hours of Pre-Wedding email communication with your coordinator.
  • Create and Manage the seating chart.
  • Digital reception layout/floor plan.
  • Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
  • Oversee the design, print, and mailing of invitations.

60 - 90 Day Experience:

So you’ve done some of the leg work. Now you need someone to help you come in and pull it all together. We’ve got you! This package is for the couple that has handled the big stuff (venue, caterer, cake, DJ), but now needs someone to come in and make it all flow seamlessly.


  • A team of 1 experienced coordinator.

  • Up to 25 hours of Pre-Wedding email communication with your coordinator.

You made it to the point where you have all your vendors, but the last-minute logistics are just overwhelming you. If you are worried that things will run late and things may not come out the way you planned. This is why you need our help. Our job is to make sure that all loose ends are taken care of. We want to help you enjoy the day you waited for.
